Alignment of Interests

Wieland Capital's Management is prepared to participate in each investment as a significant co-investor. The relative investment share of Wieland Capital's Management is substantially above the Private Equity market standard of 1 to 5 percent. As a consequence, Wieland Capital's Management directly participates in the success, but also potential failure with its investors and hence its interests and objectives are exceptionally strongly aligned with those of its investors.
