Munich, April 2009 – advised by Wieland Capital GmbH & Co. KG have extended their investment portfolio through the acquisition of a majority stake in Keppler & Fremer GmbH, Krefeld (www.remember.de).
The owner-managers Stefanie Keppler and Ingo Fremer retained a significant shareholding and will continue to manage the business and to design products going forward.
Under the worldwide-protected brand “REMEMBER”, Keppler & Fremer offers design-products distributed through mail order and retailers. Prominent products include memory games, the origin of the business, as well as cardboard stools and accessories for kitchen and living.
Wieland Capital will support the management team in the continued national and international expansion of the business, including through potential acquisitions.
